This week I launched my own editing service, Straight Forward Edits. I’ve been offering edits to some of the poets for Straight Forward Poetry, but now I have a full fledged editing service for all writers- poetry, fiction and nonfiction. My prices are super reasonable and I will read just about anything.

When I got my MFA I thought that I was going to write every day and publish a ton of books, but I just didn’t love it as much as I wanted. I do love to write, and I do have tons of stuff in progress, but I learned that I love editing more. I just find no greater enjoyment in my professional time than helping someone else improve what they love.
